Most club meetings are held the 3rd Saturday of each month at a member’s home.  Host members have the opportunity to showcase their garden layout.  Most meetings also include some type of workshop or seminar featuring gardening or modeling techniques.  In a month where there is a community event, we’ll set up the trains together with a meeting afterwards.

  2. Enjoyed my first OGRS meeting Saturday at DenRay. Learned quite a bit on construction of buildings , (really unique style, life-like). Looking forward to attend more meetings in the future with a great group of members. Rick Jensen

  3. I have recently relocated from the Chicago area. Over the last few years I’ve acquired a fair amount of track and rolling stock. Before I could become active in the CAGRS I didn’t get a chance to put track outside. I have had an indoor layout. I am looking forward to fulfilling that outdoor dream now that we are in our forever home. I did a lot of research on garden railroads when I realized I would be moving into the area. Your name came up. I would like to become involved in the OGRS. Please contact me.
